How can I check my tires' condition before visiting?
Before visiting, it's worth checking your tires' condition yourself. Check the tread depth. Look for cracks, bulges or blisters on the sidewalls and tread — signs of aging rubber or internal damage. Assess tread wear evenness — uneven wear can indicate suspension geometry issues. Also check the tire's production date (the DOT code on the sidewall) — tires older than 6 years should be inspected closely, and after 10 years we recommend replacement regardless of tread condition.
Do my wheels have a locking wheel nut?
Before visiting, please check whether your wheels have a locking wheel nut (an anti-theft nut). It's a specially shaped nut or bolt that requires a dedicated key to remove, distinguishable by a different head shape from the other wheel nuts. If your wheels have one, please bring the matching adapter key — it's usually found in the vehicle's toolkit in the boot/trunk.
