Contact (form, e-mail, phone)

- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest).
Anti-spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
- Purpose: protecting the form from abuse and bots.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (ensuring the security of the service).
Analytics and measurement (Amplitude)
- Purpose: statistics and improving the site's operation.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) – only activated after you accept cookies.
4. Data recipients (processors)
Data may be shared with the service providers we use to run the site:
- hosting/infrastructure (e.g. Vercel or another hosting provider),
- e-mail delivery (Resend) – for sending message confirmations,
- Google – reCAPTCHA and mapping services (Google Maps),
- Amplitude – analytics (activated after you accept cookies).
5. Transfers of data outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA). In such cases, the transfer takes place in accordance with the GDPR, in particular on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
6. Data retention period
- correspondence: for as long as needed to respond and conclude contact, and afterwards for up to 12 months to defend against potential claims,
- analytics/cookie data: until consent is withdrawn or according to your browser/device settings.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, object to its processing, and withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO), or with your own country's supervisory authority.
